Resumo:
Altough many companies have been lookink for ways to reduce costs and minimize loses, it's not common hearing about reenginering at the purchasing departments or new strategies to have a quotation or a acquisition. The purpose of this article is to show the purchase managers - in companies and government - the best ways of processing their purchases and also to show them several tools to minimize the expenses. Nowadays, due to the e-business,the electronic transactions have become more common. Any company, in spite of its size, is able to manage its purchasings and turn it into an advantage.
