Nowadays the market takes over new tendencies quickly, the
speed and the creativity are differentials of the moment.
Following that new panorama, Trimak, a traditional company
of the branch of weighed machines (sale and rent), is going
to leave for a new segment, becoming itself exclusive
representative (in Rio de Janeiro's State) of
STP's Products. This work has for goal; propose a way to
turn Trimak capable of being a success distributor of the
products of the largest chemical line automotive of the
world STP. For that are going to board and to suggest
changes, mostly related for marketing, to the managerial
organization and the distribution strategy of the product.
