Resumo:
The present study identifies whether the Compensation System practiced by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro - PUC Rio, generates satisfaction of the basic needs of the administrative staff of the Department of Communication from the perspective of the collaborators. Describe the remuneration system practiced at PUC-Rio. This study is carried out in the city of Rio de Janeiro and covers the period of 2016 and 2017. The present study is relevant because, in an original way, to study the practice of the remuneration system in place in the organizational environment of a higher education institution and its impact on the satisfaction of administrative staff.
