The present work seeks to analyze what makes up Law 13,155 of August 4, 2015, which would be the LRFE - Fiscal Sports Responsibility Law that brings some principles and practices for fiscal and financial responsibility of soccer clubs as well as transparent and democratic management for clubs football professionals. Within the law was created the Program for Modernization of Management and Fiscal Responsibility of Brazilian Football - ProFut that is object of this work. In the study in question also a brief analysis of the situation of Flamengo about Profut, as well as some analyzes of financial indicators and the balance sheet of the club bring some reflections of the impact of the Law Profut for the Club of Regattas of Flamengo.
