Resumo:
This work seeks to identify and compare the vision of the area of human resources seen by different sides. The traditional view of the area of human resources adopted by the company ALPHA PETRO versus the method suggested by the author Dave Ulrich. That is, the human resources management vision directed to the personal administration versus the vision of human resources with strategic emphasis and in the construction of added value for the company. The goal is to analyze HR performance from the perspective of employees in the benefits area of this company, based on the perception of employees in the area of benefits of the company.
