Resumo:
This final work of graduation in business management has the purpose of identify the kind of e-sports are preferred by young people in Rio de Janeiro, who have interest either in games and football, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (Saaty, 1991). To reach this objective, a research was made on secondary data to know the main type of e-games, bibliographic and documental references and a focus group with young consumers of e-sports and football. Thus it was possible to know the preferences of this public and the motivations that lead them to chose a specific game, giving basis for the football clubs of Rio de Janeiro to enter this market.
