Resumo:
The present study sought to analyze the level of satisfaction of mobile phone consumers with their current operator. Through the application of a survey questionnaire with 136 clients of the five main companies in the sector (Vivo, Claro, TIM, OI and Nextel). It was found that the data service is the most used by these clients. The research also sought to identify the main reasons that would influence a possible exchange of the mobile service provider by the respondents and whether they would recommend their current operator to family and friends.
