Generation Y impacts the organizational environment differently from other generations. Therefore, it is important that companies seek to understand more about this generation and rethink the practices of People Management. The present study aims to identify which are the practices of People Management most valued by the young professionals of Generation Y. For this, a field research was carried out with young people graduated in different courses and public and private institutions, residents of the state of Rio January and have at least one year of experience.
