Blim, a cleaning company analyzed in the present study, was created in 2015 with a single service within its portfolio and, over almost three years of life, expanded its services and grew in an accelerated way, so that its business process management was compromised and consequently the operational control. The objective of this study was to analyze the sales process of the microenterprise in order to detect which are critical points of the process and what improvements and standard operating procedures could be implemented in order to improve the process.
