This work has as main objective, to show the importance of the logistics area in a small brewing company, showing the possible economic return to be obtained, in case of a better elaborated strategy in the part of logistics. For this, a case study was made on the Trópica brand, which is one of the leaders of the artisanal area in the State of Rio de Janeiro, analyzing the path of its product from the suppliers to the final consumer, studying the advantages and disadvantages of the system logistic strategy, looking for the best strategy to be developed.
