This work had the objective of analyzing users avaliation and perception with the current situation of urban transport by buses in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Daily we see a great amount of problems and complains about the subject. To achieve this objective a bibliographic research and research involving focal group of 12 people were conducted. he method is based on the construction of perceptual maps by using a qualitative approach.
