This study has the objective to analyze the opinions of the consumers about the Pet Shops services in Brazil in the process of decision making, more specifically in the stages of search and evaluation of alternative information. To achieve these objectives, carry out a bibliographical and field research in two phases, a qualitative first and a second quantitative one. The results of a service notification as well as of your pets first, in addition to the need for reliable transmission on the part of the establishment. Environmental care and hygiene are also essential.
