Resumo:
The main reason of this paper is to compare the two models of management of the restaurants that were studied, considering that these firms have one partner in common. This way, both firms were studied in this project in order to search the main sectors of each, so it would be possible to analyse these companies in this study case. The most important subjects analysed in this case were: the product and marketing case; the management plan; the location and installations of the business; the operational, financing and accountant processes. After the presentation of all these subjects in both cases, the similarities and diferences of each restaurant were found, such as their strengths and weaknesses.
