Resumo:
The clear objective of that project is the definition, following the necessary and pertinent analyses, to trace the first strategic plan of marketing of the Cópias Heliográficas Av. Central. For that the company, the market, the atmosphere, the competition and the customers potential base was analyzed properly, with strong theoretical and procedural basis. All the answers for the formulation of the marketing objective and the strategy to be implemented, what determines like the marketing mix will be manipulated and worked for the reach of that objective, they came from the phases previous of the study. The final strategy is very clear, respecting the lifted up characteristics in the done studies, so that it was segmented the customers structure that will be find in that new phase. As result, a jump in differentiation and profitability will be reached in a brief future.
