This thesis has in view to identify what does civil servant
of Caixa Econômica Federal motive, across a sphere survey
done in agencies. For understand better the
phenomenon, to look for compare the results of a survey
with main theories about motivation, identifying which the
theories better describe the civil servant s behavior.
