Resumo:
The purpose of the Project is to verify the tariff allocations of captive medium and high voltage consumers of a distributor, quantitatively judging the cost of energy from the perspective of the consumer. The project optimizes the customer s tariff framework, taking into account its history of consumption and energy demand, according to tariffs established by ANEEL. From the point of view of the consumer, his optimal allocation is defined in the tariff that results in the lowest cost, given the characteristics of his load curve. The project is carried out from a sample of clients obtained from the ENEL customer database. Taking into account that ANEEL studies the insertion of new tariffs for both medium and high voltage consumers and low voltage consumers. The motivation of the project comes in response to cases where many consumers enter into the power supply contract without a typical load curve analysis. This entails the lack of sufficient information to define the optimal allocation for tariff costs. In the analysis of the load curves, we seek to know not only the framework, but also whether it is influenced by the definition of contracted demand. One of the factors that also contributes to the inadequate allocations would be the shortage of professionals focused on the area of support for decision-making methods within the framework of technical / consumer specialists of these medium and high voltage classes.
