Resumo:
The goal of this monography is to verify if the CDM is an adequate substitute for marketing communication in Souza Cruz.The monography was accomplished through exploratory investigation about the theme,and documental research in the company with the support of a bibliographical study. Based on the collected information it was possible to verify that developing marketing actions that include all the legal obligations established by the media banishment law was a challenge. In this work we could verify that CDM is partially adequade adequate substitute partially for marketing communication in Souza Cruz. The direct contact with the customer is a favorable point in this new scenery.
