This work aims to investigate what attract the customers to the events promoted by Dassa Danna jewelry brand. In order to do this, internal company surveys were carried out, reports and documents were collected, as well as interviews with consumers of the brand, who use to attend the company events. As a result, recommendations were made to the company, for the purpose of improving the actions on its events and, consequently, being able to project a positive image of the brand for those consumers.
