This research aimed to analyze the shopping strategy of customers who have some sort of dietary restriction. It was done through an exploratory research with ten people who had allergy or some kind of food restriction. It was verified that interviewee feel insecure about the brands available and they are not satisfied with them. In view of the low level of comunication between the industry and the consumers through the labels.
