Resumo:
Santander Banespa Group, as the majority of the multinational companies, has many branches in many world areas. With the aim to promote the professional increase of its employees and the development of the area in which the employee will be placed, the group promotes an assignment process, where the expatriates are included in a group of employees that leave their birth country to work in another one, in a transitory way.This expatriation process begins when the employee is still in his birth country, and due to the need of data exchange between the applicant that will be expatriated and the human resources area, which is responsible for the process, is suggestible to bring in a web site in order to reach a proper serving pattern and the development of a useful communication connection.
