The different generations present in the labour market, resulting in everchanging organizational environment. The divergent characteristics, values and expectations of individuals are demanding that companies understand how to attract and retain these professionals. The present work aims to identify the variables of organizational climate, defined by Luz (2003), most valued by one of the groups entered in this context: the generation Y. For this was a field research with students and working professionals in the State of Rio de Janeiro who have already had some kind of experience in organizational context.
