|
This work makes an analysis of the SGS (Supply Management
Systems)developed by Promon Engenharia. This system is used
to manage the process of purchasing linked to a project.
The aim of this study is to prove that methods evaluated
five years ago are still valid for the system and company
nowadays. To confirm this, a research together with the
purchasers will be carried through, where they will be
boarded questions related to the efficiency and the quality
of the flow of information perceived for the users.
This work is based on the concepts of quality and
efficiency to analyze the system. A system is efficient
when obtained to execute all its tasks in the best possible
way, without double work, wastefulness and with quality, or
either, with capacity to satisfy or to exceed the
expectations of the customers.
