Many entrepreneurs go through the same problems when it comes to expanding their businesses, from the investment strategy to the bureaucratic issues involved. Coworkings have emerged as a mid-way alternative that can help many before taking a bigger step in their venture. The author of the present work seeks to understand the best way to sell a coworking space geared to the gastronomic universe. The theory of the decision-making process and the needs of its target audience will be used as the leading methods in this study. A survey was conducted with different entrepreneurs in the gastronomic sector. From this survey an analysis of the answers was made along with a proposal to solve the main problem raised.
