Resumo:
This work has the purpose to identify the prevailing style of leadership on an elementary school. Therefore, initially a bibliographic study on leaderships and an approach on management leadership concept was accomplished. Following, in order to obtain the necessary data for analysis, a survey research was used as groundwork through specific questionnaires which allowed an evaluation on the perception of the leaders and the led. With the obtained results, it was possible to analyse the leadership style on each cantle of the institution, and lastly, identify the prevailing leadership style.
