The study of location point for enterprises is one of the most critical factors for their future success. The decision about the better location must be analyzed carefully because its effects will bring consequences in the long term for the organization. In this way, many factors, including attributes for the location decision, should be studied to try to guarantee enterprises success. Two stages are very important to perform a good location choice. The first one is in which region must be located the organization. The second decision is the choice for the exact place to build its installations. To try to define the better location point for an organization, it is necessary a profound knowledge about the undertaking features, the product to be offered by enterprise to the market and the organization target market. In this way, this study tries to discover the relevant factors to perform a good location choice through the utilization of a practical case that shows the essentials procedures that must be presents in this kind of decision based on theory. In other words, this study presents the way to take a correct decision about the better location point for a fitness center among some previous alternative places.
