Resumo:
Nowadays, the companies in the fast-food sector are facing a truly war to conquest and maintain their customers. Each time investments are becoming more necessary to survive in the market and offer products with quality and competitive prices. The Tá no Forno company is a real example of a business that is suffering negative impacts on their results. The activities and processes are not well structured and that is why the company is loosing customer and competitiveness. The Value Chain theory by Porter was used as an instrument of analysis of the main activities of each snack to propose one value chain that could be used by all snacks to satisfy the customers, conquer better results and standardize the processes.
