The present work has as goal to identify which factors have a influence on the luxury purse consumption by Rio de Janeiro local women whom belong to the income classes A, B and C and the respective impact on consumption between classes. The research was of exploratory nature and accomplished with 3 focus groups, each one for every income class addressed. Those focus groups aimed the acknowledge of these factors on their sources, helping on study analysis. The result seeks to understand the consumption of these income classes each one to another, and, by doing so, enlist the main factors that leads to their consumption by those individual analysis and the market behavior.
