Resumo:
Women s development in the labor market is increasingly growing, and occupations by women in leadership positions are increasingly prominent, and the gender that was once considered fragile today is a source of pride and admiration for the ability to multitask. The companies began to value and support the evolution of women in the labor market. The objective of this study was to identify the characteristics of female leadership in a company that values women and encourages their professional advancement. A field survey was performed, through interviews conducted with 8 leaders of Banco Santander Brasil, and from the results obtained, conclusions and suggestions were made for future studies.
