This Project goal was to point out which factors influenced on the attendance of the Brazilian soccer league, and to discover why the occupancy rate of its stadiums is so low when compared to other leagues around the world. To point out the factors, the study used a model of attendance in sports events (Carvalho, 2014), published in Portugal, 2014. At last, the study suggested some adjustments to be made by the Brazilian league in order to increase its attendance.
