The study in the next few pages, talks about the understanding how the Trunover on the bar and restaurants área suffers impacts by the human resources manegement. This question is going to be analaised throug some questionaries and interviews if this manegement are effective, if all decisions that going to be token in the strategy really happens in the restaurants and how this Turnover affects the final servisse. Is expected that this study another studies, in the business segment in the área colud clarify this question about turnover, and after the conclusion is expected that another studies gonna be done in Brasil and out of the country.
