The present study aims to identify the visions of employees and managers on the current management of change in Quality Accounting, using the model of Kotter (2013). Through the application of two surveys with closed questions, it was possible to identify those visions, perform an analysis and make comparisons between the two views. According to theoretical framework used, employees presented some flaws committed by their leaders. When comparing the two visions, it was noted that managers are not seeing the same flaws as employees.
