Resumo:
This study s objective is to identify perceptions and motivations from gourmet hamburguer consumers. For that, a literature revision was made with the pertinent theory for this study and also an exploratory research. The research was based on interviews with gourmet hamburger consumers. The results showed that motivations are very different from consumer to consumer, and the perceptions vary according to the price, quality and the food itself.
