The following work has the objective to discover what are the determinant factors in the buying proccess of a car for the Brazilian A and B social classes. For the following research to be deemed possible, initially, a study was made on a diverse range of sources for the building of chapter 2. After building chapter 2 with ideas and facts of the sources studied, a structured questionaire was established and put online on the qualtrics plataform. The responses acquired in the questionaire were used to answer the main problem of this work.The responses were extracted from the software, studied and analyzed to finally get to the conclusion of the problem studied.
