Resumo:
A generation of young people with different characteristics from the others takes up more space in the labor market and impacts the organizational environment. Therefore, it s important that companies seek to understand more about this generation and rethink the People Management practices. This study has the objective of identifying which are the management of people practices that are most valued by Generation Y in the choice for internship opportunities and fin order to achieve this a field research was conducted with undergraduate students from different courses in public and private institutions of the state of Rio de Janeiro, who also have an internship experience.
