The year 2015 showed a high rate of inflation scenario, higher expenses with rates and fuel and lower income worker (Economic Value, 2015). Because of this scenario, the Caixa Econômica Federal reported that looting occurred in savings accounts have exceeded deposits, presenting negative net inflow this year. Facing this panorama, the present study aims to identify what resources beyond the savings account that the banks could use to complement its funding of real estate financing. The work developed, in addition to the focus presented, intends to analyze the evolution of savings account, real estate financing and alternatives such as real estate securities in the period of 2011 to 2015.
