The main objective of this work is to evaluate Fibria company. Through one of the most used methods of enterprise s analysis, the discounted cash flow, we will find the company s fair value.
For such evaluation, there will be presented characteristics of cellulose market in Brazil and around the world, as well as a theoretical foundation about the study.
Then, there will be applied the valuation method, based on the listed assumptions, and, thenceforth, it will be possible to check if the equity s unit value traded in stock exchange is over or undervalued.
