The present paper was written to study the level of satisfaction of the LGBT consumer (Lesbians, Gays, Bissexuals and Transexuals) that reside in the city of Rio de Janeiro, in relation to the services offered by the nightclubs The Week and Galeria Café, and by the bar Tô Nem Aí. Business which were created for this specific public. Moreover, this essay attempts to shed light on whether or not the quantity and diversity of the services that are exclusive to the LGBT public meet its demand.
