The quest for experience exchange is very recurrent among young people of Generation Y and has been fueled by viable opportunities as universities seeking to internationalize increasingly, for financial reasons, for the support hat families give and yet, because the curriculum professional be highly valued these days when added to even this kind of experience. From this, the focus in the attitudes of young people becomes an interesting point to be studied because of the influences and changes that these attitudes may suffer during the exchange process. This study investigated the development of the attitudes of young people of Generation Y after the experience exchange through literature and exploratory research done by interviews with young people between 18 and 30 years, residents in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. At the end of the study, the assumptions outlined in the beginning were understood and analyzed according to field research and the theoretical framework, which led to the conclusion that the five attitudes were more developed by young people and also how and what influences these attitudes in their daily lives after the exchange.
