This monograph aims to identify features of quality of the services of a company in the sector of port operations, under the perspective of its managerial framework on terminal Tecon Santos-SP. Initially it was made a qualitative research with secondary data were used books and publications about the theme proposed at work. Then it was performed a quantitative research through a structured questionnaire answered by the managers of the terminal in Santos. The main conclusions were that as of the entry into force of the new Law of ports
of 2013, there are numerous signs of improvement in their quality and that there is a high degree of conformity in relation management practices adopted by the company with models of Ballou (2010).
