Resumo:
Due to the growing movement of startups in Brazil, the need to assure that one s company is creative and innovative arose. This question was proposed in order to analyze whether the influence of organizational cultural elements and organizational climate played a part in the development of creativity and innovation of a specific example, Stone Payments, a market startup dealing with payment methods, followed by conducting an analysis of how effective these methods actually were. This analysis was done through the research of literature as well as the use of descriptive and exploratory research. In conclusion of this study, it is understood that there is a direct correlation between culture, business climate, creativity and innovation.
