Resumo:
This study aimed to survey the skills needed to Management graduates from the perspective of recruitment professionals, with an emphasis on beginners and trainees, and assesses whether the skills of the future graduate are aligned with the expectations of the labor market. For this purpose, a qualitative research was carried out, based on interviews with professionals from companies that belong to different segments, including nine large companies and a small one. Based on the perceptions and experiences of these professionals, the work presents the five most important skills highlighted by them, as well as the three most absent skills according to their observations, and proposes strategies to fulfill the skills development gaps of these recent graduates.
