In a world of constant change and evolution, the training of personnel to perform functions that meet these demands is a strategic element for organizations. This study aimed to analyze the training practices in Aircraft Carrier SÃO PAULO in relation to its constant personnel training requirements, and describes how the program is established in the ship vis-à-vis the training literature, and assesses the reaction of the participants and the perceived training needs.
