Considering the dynamics increasingly strong market over the years, today, we can see a growing effort by businesses in order to get an operational efficiency to it a certain competitive advantage over its competitors by adopting a based management processes. Taking this into account, the study aimed to conduct a case study of MDL Realty in order to understand the critical success factors of implementing this management. It was conducted interviews with those responsible for this implementation in the company where we tried to understand what were the determining factors for implementation as well as understand the limitations that this method has adopted. The survey results point to a very great effort of the company in the implementation of this management which can be found six critical success factors, but also points out challenges with carrying out the methodology used for that in the future the company reach a full process management.
