Resumo:
The organizational culture of a company is transmitted in several different ways, and the integration training is one of them. This study s objective is to identify the opinion of Walt Disney World Resort s employees and ex-employees about its integration training (Traditions), and also to verify to what extent the values (4 Keys) communicated in this training are put into practice in the job. 134 employees and ex-employees of the company answered the survey, and based on the results obtained conclusions and suggestions for future studies were made.
