Resumo:
The low-income social classes make up a strong and growing market. The cell phone companies have been working together to that market, creating different offers packages and services specifically for that consumer. On the similarities of services and small variations in offered prices, low-income consumers end up opting for a mobile operator, based on subjective opinions. Seen it, the aim of this study is to elect the best choice of mobile operator according to the perception of low-income consumers, basing the analysis on the criteria that led these consumers to that choice. For the construction of this study will be used the analytical hierarchy process proposed by Thomas Saaty (1991), which enables the quantification of the subjective perception of the consumer, allowing it to reach a conclusion based on both quantitative and qualitative data.
