Resumo:
This paper aims to evaluate Petrobras S.A. through the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method. The choice of the company was based on the current scenario of the company, recently downgraded by the risk agencies and being noticed as part of the biggest corruption scandal so far in Brazil, while at the same time holds immeasurable financial assets from the Pre-Sal. So on, this paper will presents the company s profile and great numbers about the oil market. Finally, we ll explain how the DCF method works and apply it in Petrobras case in order to obtain the fair price per share preferred share listed at BOVESPA (PETR4).
