This study aims to analyze the behavior of craft beer consumers in the southern zone of Rio de Janeiro, seeking to understand their styles and choices, and to learn which features are most influential in the decision-making process for acquiring a beer. To this end, this works conducts a quantitative survey of closed-ended questions with men and women of the southern zone of Rio de Janeiro, most of them consumers of specialized bars. Based on the theoretical review on marketing and consumer behavior, this study aims to investigate consumers perceptions, knowledge and preferences in relation to craft beers.
