Work occupies a significant part of man s life and the relationship each individual has with their profession is subjective. Over time, the need to focus on the well-being of its employees becomes essential for companies. Terms such as organizational climate and quality of life emerge as a tool for managers to be able to monitor and identify the well-being of its employees. This measurement becomes especially relevant in times of crisis, such as the present one that has been affecting the Oil and Gas industry, leading companies, as the one studied in this research, to review their costs. This study aims to identify and evaluate the level of quality of work life (QWL) and indicate suggestions for improvements for PetroX company.
