Resumo:
The public service requirement has been constant target by population for improving quality. Public Organs have sought to adopt best practices in the management of its resources, including the security field, which recently underwent a period of modernization that brought important results. Several Government Agencies began experimenting techniques related to project management, adapting the practices to the context of the characteristics and peculiarities of the public sector. In this sense, the study sought to identify the methodology used in procurement in public sector security technology projects and evaluate their efficiency and effectiveness through the case study of the creation and implementation of the CICC.
