The aim of this paper is the verification of the economic viability of a glass manufacturer located in Queimados, an area with tax benefits, passing through other topics that have to be pointed, such as: cost of implantantion, the economic data of the market, the impact of the tax benefits in the results of the company and to conclude the calculation of the economics indicators. To achieve this objectives a analysis of this market was conducted in order to get closer to the economic reality of the country and to seek more accurated data, executives of this market were interviewed. Finally, this paper concluded that the expation of the company is viable, with a positive NPV e IRR higher than TMA and also demonstrate that the impact of tax benefits are significant to the company results.
